Sadovye kvartaly
This is our fifth project in the Sadovye Kvartaly residential complex, and it is far from standard. Most often, clients come to us with children or those who are just planning to expand their family. In this case, however, it is a couple whose children have long since moved out and who already have grandchildren—the apartment was meant to become a place of pure enjoyment, where every interior detail brings pleasure.

livingroom
Of course, the focal point of the kitchen–living area is the Valcucine kitchen, where every detail is carefully thought out: slim, elegant glass-and-metal fronts that open with a light touch, concealed work surfaces and faucet, and a meticulously detailed backsplash zone. All of this creates not just a “wow” effect, but turns everyday cooking into a special and enjoyable ritual.

In the dining area, there is a Baxter table—a true art object made of marble and nubuck. In the TV zone, a sofa by Paola Lenti completes the composition. These two pieces help the beige interior become truly engaging. Thanks to the complex materials and rich textures, the space invites lingering attention to details, conveying the sense that every piece of furniture is intentional and brought together as part of a single, cohesive story.

bedroom
The master zone is quite minimalist. Continuing the interior’s restrained aesthetic is an ultra-light, visually delicate B&B Italia bed paired with semi-circular bedside tables and slender floor lamps, which create not only a furniture composition but also a refined play of light and shadow. Behind a partition lies a compact yet spacious walk-in closet. The partition itself functions as a mirror on the closet side and moves along a ceiling-mounted track.
bathroom
The bathrooms deserve special attention. The guest bathroom, finished with Mutina tiles from a Patricia Urquiola collection, is monochromatic and cozy—the tile texture envelops the space like a patterned carpet. The second bathroom focuses on natural textures: the shower area is clad in Mirage wood-effect porcelain stoneware, almost indistinguishable from real veneer, while the main area features a concrete texture. All sanitary fittings in both bathrooms are by CEA Design in a brushed steel finish, minimizing visible fingerprints while adding refined accents through faucets and accessories.
